Career Services

100% Placement Assistance

You will not be left to work it out alone. Every student gets a named career adviser, a portfolio built from real work, unlimited interview practice, and introductions into our employer network — and we keep going until you land. No shortlist, no upsell, no expiry date.

Every student. Every track. No exceptions. The 100% is coverage — if you enrol on a certificate track, the full programme below is yours, included in the fee you already paid. There is no application, no shortlist, and no premium tier.

And it does not stop. Career support has no end date. Job searches take longer than courses do, so we keep working with you after you finish — through second and third rounds, through a search that stalls, and through a change of target if the first one is not landing.

What we commit to

The final hiring decision always belongs to the employer. So what we commit to is everything on our side of that line — and we hold ourselves to it without exception:

01

A named adviser

One person who knows your background and your target, not a ticket queue. You will have their name in your first week.

02

Unlimited practice

As many mock interviews and CV rounds as you need. Not a package of three, not an upsell — we run them until you are sharp.

03

Support that never expires

No cut-off at graduation. Come back six months later mid-search and you are still our student.

04

Straight answers

If a target is unrealistic from where you are standing, we will say so early and show you the reachable version — rather than take your fee and stay quiet.

What is included

A CV rebuilt to the standard of the desk you are targeting

Banking CVs are read in about fifteen seconds by someone screening a hundred of them. Formatting conventions differ by market and by function, and a CV that works for a corporate role will be discarded for a markets role. We rewrite yours against the convention for your target market, then have it reviewed by someone who has actually sat on the hiring side of that desk.

A portfolio built from your coursework

This is the part most candidates do not have and it is the strongest thing you can bring. Our capstones produce real artefacts — a three-statement model that survives stress, a curve build that reproduces its own inputs, a validation report, a hedging policy. We help you package two or three of these into a portfolio you can send with an application or open in an interview. A candidate who can show a working model is in a different category from one who lists a course on a CV.

Interview preparation, technical and behavioural

Two separate problems, prepared separately. Technical preparation is drilled against the actual question banks for your discipline — valuation and accretion for M&A, Greeks and payoff construction for derivatives, gap and EVE for treasury. Behavioural preparation focuses on the questions candidates handle worst: why this desk, why now, walk me through a time you were wrong.

Mock interviews with practitioners, recorded

Conducted by someone who has run that interview for real, and recorded so you can watch yourself back. Most candidates are surprised by the recording, which is the point. You get written feedback and at least one repeat session after you have worked on it.

LinkedIn and market visibility

Recruiters search on specific terms. We work through your profile so those terms are present and accurate, and so your certificate and portfolio are visible rather than buried in a list.

Employer introductions where we have them

We make introductions where we have a genuine relationship and where your profile is a genuine fit. We will tell you plainly when we do not have a route into a firm you are targeting, rather than implying a network we do not have.

Alumni access

Introductions to alumni working in your target function and city. In practice this is the highest-yield part of the programme, because a fifteen-minute conversation with someone doing the job tells you more about how to get it than any amount of preparation material.

If you want to work in the United States

United States

What actually gates entry

For most front-office and many middle-office roles the binding constraint is not knowledge — it is licensing and sponsorship. Several roles require FINRA registration, and the qualifying exams generally require a sponsoring member firm. That means the job comes first and the licence follows, not the other way round.

United States

What we do about it

We prepare you for the SIE, which you can sit without sponsorship, and it is the single most useful thing an unsponsored candidate can put on a US application. We then prepare you for Series 7 or Series 63 so you are ready the moment a firm sponsors you. Our exam-prep courses cover all three.

If you want to work in the United Kingdom or Europe

United Kingdom

Regulatory references matter more than you expect

Many roles sit inside the FCA's Senior Managers and Certification Regime, which means the hiring firm must assess and certify your fitness and propriety, and take up regulatory references covering the past six years. Gaps and unexplained exits get scrutinised. We work through how to present your history so it survives that review rather than raising a question at the last stage.

Europe

Market structure differs by centre

Frankfurt, Paris, Amsterdam, Dublin and Luxembourg specialise differently, and a profile that is competitive in one is unremarkable in another. We map your background against where it is actually scarce, which is usually a better strategy than applying into the most crowded market.

How relocation actually works

Work visas are sponsored by employers, not by schools — in every market. That sounds like an obstacle and it is really a sequencing instruction: the way in is to become a candidate a firm wants badly enough to sponsor, and then let the paperwork follow the offer. That is precisely what this programme is built to do — a portfolio of real work, a CV in the local convention, and the licences you can hold before anyone hires you.

When it comes to the visa process itself, we will connect you with a qualified immigration adviser in your target country rather than guess at it. Getting that part right matters too much to improvise.

Recruitment partnerships

We maintain recruitment relationships with multinational employers across banking, advisory, asset management and financial services, in the markets where we run cohorts. In practice that means three things:

We will also tell you plainly when we have no route into a firm you are targeting. A partnership list is only useful if you can trust the gaps in it as much as the entries.

Why the curriculum travels

The material is written to the standard of the desks it describes, not to a local syllabus. A three-statement model that balances under stress, a curve that reproduces its own inputs, an economic-value-of-equity calculation against a Basel outlier test — these are assessed the same way in New York, London, Frankfurt and Dubai, because the underlying practice is the same.

Our exam-prep tracks map to the credentials employers in those markets actually recognise: CFA Levels I and II, FRM Part I, and the FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63. Those are portable in a way a provider-specific certificate is not, and we are candid on our accreditation page about what our own certificate is and is not.

How it runs

  1. Enrol and start the course

Career support opens when you enrol. There is no waiting period and nothing extra to buy.

  2. Target-setting conversation

Function, market, city and realistic timeframe. This is where we say plainly if a target looks unlikely from where you are standing, and what the nearest reachable version of it is.

  3. Materials, alongside your coursework

CV, portfolio and LinkedIn built while you study, so the artefacts from your capstone go in while they are fresh.

  4. Interview drilling

Technical and behavioural, then recorded mocks with written feedback and a repeat round.

  5. Introductions and applications

Alumni conversations first, employer introductions where the fit is real, and review of your applications before they go out.

  6. Support continues after you finish

Career support does not switch off on your completion date. Job searches run longer than courses do.

Not enrolled yet? Read a full module from three of our courses first — no account needed. If the teaching is not what you want, the career support around it will not change that.
